Please note that if any damage occurs during shipping a refund will be issued. There must be proof of damage (photos), box and all, before opening and after opening for this to be honored.

All manual machines have a 6 month warranty covering cost of services required in terms of time and labor. Replacement parts and specialty items needed for repair not covered by warranty. Return shipping cost always covered by customer.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Items are always packaged carefully and consciously. 

Expect up to two business days for handling on all orders. I aim to ship out same day on all orders placed before 2pm when possible.
